  LED lighting canprovide up to 50,000 hours of use, meaning lower maintenance and costs. For greater efficiency, look for Energy Star-certified track lights, which use up to 90 percent less energy than traditional incandescent lights.

  You can shop for products that comply with Title 24 regulation, which mandates occupancy sensors with daylight harvesting. Use the Qualifications filter to search for track lights with these certifications.

  Can these recessed lights be customized?

  Yes. Alcon Lighting makes lights to specification, allowing for tailored solutions aligned with design and architectural preferences. You can specify size, color temperature or color tuning, finish, dimming, sensors and optional features, such as emergency battery backup.

• What kind of warranty and support does Alcon Lighting provide for its LED recessed lighting products?

  Alcon Lighting stands behind the quality and durability of our products. Most products include a three or five-year carefree warranty on parts and components (not including labor). Refer to the specification sheet for warranty details on each fixture.

  Are these products dimmable?

  Yes. Most recessed lights in our collection are dimmable. Many offer universal dimming compatibility for easy integration within existing electrical systems.

  Please refer to the specification sheet for specific dimming driver information on each product. You can also select Driver in the additional filter options to find products by the desired dimming driver.

• What color temperature control options do you offer?

  Many recessed lighting products offer color temperature selection. Some offer color tuning or RGBW color changing, controlled by a remote, wall control or Bluetooth app. Other products are equipped with a color temperature switch allowing you to use three set color temperatures, typically 3000K/35000K/4000K or 3000K/4000K/5000K.

  You can find color temperature and tuning information on the specification sheet or choose the Light Color filter from additional filter options to find products with the desired color temperature or color tuning control.

  What features reduce glare from recessed downlights?

  Most Alcon Lighting downlights come with frosted acrylic lenses to evenly diffuse light and reduce glare. Also, browse products with optional lenses, such as louvers and anti-glare reflectors. Specifying lights with a wider beam angle may also reduce glare.
