Exterior Fixture Condensation Statement

Condensation is a natural and common occurrence in sealed outdoor lighting fixtures. When the lights are turned on, the LED components generate heat inside the fixture housing. As the fixture heats and cools through normal on/off cycles, small pressure changes can draw in moisture vapor present in the surrounding air. When the fixture is turned off and cools down, this moisture may condense on the interior surface of the lens.

This temporary condensation does not affect the performance, lifespan, or quality of the LED components, and it does not void the warranty. It is a normal physical process associated with sealed outdoor luminaires and is widely observed across the industry.
