can you please provide the basic difference between the two units as they both seem very similar however there is a big price difference?

Cree CR6
Dimmable to 5% (compatible with a higher variety of dimmers)
10.5 Watt Consumption (60-Watt Replacement)
Standard White Trim Ring Option Only
5 Year Warranty (drops to a 3 Year Warranty If purchased from Home Depot)
90 CRI (Color Rendering)
Not Approved for Rebate (Manufactured in China)
